How can I place a custom order for a custom sign?
I am so overwhelmingly grateful for your support & business. But as my business evolves & demand for custom work has grown, it's still just little old me over here creating which means I often have to make hard choices! Due to preparing for upcoming shows and the holiday season, I am currently unable to accept any new custom orders at this time.
As always, I’m happy to discuss possible future ideas or if you happen to catch me at a slower time, I just might be able to squeeze it in! Feel free to email me at sarah@imysjoy.com for any questions regarding future custom work.

I ordered a tee, when can I expect it to be delivered?
Each IJ tee is printed uniquely for you, on demand after placing your order. We use a local screen printer here in Indianapolis and let me tell you all, it is truly a form of art! Most orders are packaged and shipped out to you in 5-7 days. If for any reason it will be longer than 7 days, due to a back order issue, you'll receive an email updating you. If you need an order expedited, please feel free to email me at sarah@imysjoy.com and we will see if it’s a possibility!
Is the "LOCAL PICK UP" option still available?
Yes. If you are in or near where we are located in Fishers, IN, you have the option to save on shipping and pick up directly from us! For any order placed on Imy’s Joy’s website, choose the Local Pick Up option at checkout. For any order placed on Etsy, you may use the code: FISHERSLOCAL at checkout. For additional questions regarding Local Pick Ups, please feel free to email sarah@imysjoy.com.
Where can I find your signs to purchase?
All current sign inventory is listed in the Etsy Shop. Monthly restock dates are announced via social media.
We also participate in several handmade markets throughout the year. Be sure to check on Facebook & Instagram for our upcoming shows!
Where can I find your stickers?
Currently, all Imy’s Joy stickers are listed in the Etsy shop! As always, stickers have FREE shipping!
Where can I find more information about where your tees are made?
We use Bella+Canvas tees for our basic, unisex fitted designed tees. They are a WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Certified company. You can find more information on their website: https://www.bellacanvas.com/wrap-certification

What's your return & exchange policy on IJ tees?
We so appreciate your business and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact sarah@imysjoy.com, and we will make it right!
Tees may be returned or exchanged if shipped or postmarked within 30 days of customer taking delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition. Returned items must be free of odors (e.g. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way.
If you are a customer and your order is eligible for return, please contact sarah@imysjoy.com to request a prepaid shipping label.
When your order has been returned to us, we will issue a full refund less the cost of return shipping charges. You will be notified of the complete return transaction and refund via email.
