How can I place a custom order for a custom sign?
I am so overwhelmingly grateful for your support & business. But as my business evolves & demand for custom work has grown, it's still just little old me over here creating! So, in an effort to streamline ordering, these are the new changes for the year:
**Custom Orders will open up 3 times this year: March 1st; June 1st; November 1st. The number of spots will fluctuate depending on the time of year--but will most always be between 15-25 openings.
**I will accept a limited amount of orders (as mentioned above), and post on Facebook at 9 a.m. EST. You may either message me via FB and/or comment on the post with your email address. The spots will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.
**Once you've snagged a spot, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for a deposit due by the 3rd of the month in order to secure your spot. I will post once all spots are full, and place remaining people on a waitlist. If anyone changes their mind on ordering, then I'll move you off the waitlist and onto the orders list.
**There is a $20 deposit on all orders placed. This deposit goes towards your final purchase cost, that goes towards materials for your piece. So, if you have a $50 sign, your remaining balance at pick up will be $30. And if for some reason your final price is less than initial $20 deposit, the difference will be refunded to you at pick up.
**In an effort to be more efficient and streamline specific ordering details/preferences, I'll also be emailng you a list of questions concerning your ideas for your order.
**As always---I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about how ordering works, discuss current and/or future ideas or projects, etc. at any time!

I ordered a tee, when can I expect it to be delivered?
Each IJ tee is printed uniquely for you, on demand after placing your order. We use a local screen printer here in Indianapolis and let me tell you all, it is truly a form of art! Most orders are packaged and shipped out to you in 7-10 days. If for any reason it will be longer than 10 days, due to a back order issue, you'll receive an email updating you.
Is the "LOCAL PICK UP" option still available?
Yes. If you are in or near where we are located in Fishers, IN, you have the option to save on shipping and pick up directly from us! While this option is no longer listed at checkout, you are still able to choose this option. Simply place your order, and once you receive your confirmation email, email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting Local Pick Up. You'll be refunded the $5 shipping fee and you'll receive additional information via email, on how to pick up your order once your items are ready for pick up. For additional questions regarding Local Pick Ups, please feel free to email email@example.com.
Where can I find your signs to purchase?
You'll be able to find a revolving gallery of pieces available for purchase as of January 19th on the website. If you happen to be local to central Indiana, Imy's Joy has an ever-changing collection at Best of What's Around in Fortville, IN; and a selection of our tees can be found at Time & Again Shop in Fortville, IN.
We also participate in several handmade markets throughout the year. Be sure to check on Facebook for our upcoming shows!
Is shipping included in your sign prices?
Yes. If shipping will be above the $5.00 shipping fee, then that will be added into the cost of the piece. For example, if shipping exceeds the $5.00 fee, then it will be detailed in the product description. Local Pick Up is also available. If you prefer this method, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order, and you will be refunded the full shipping amount on the item If you have any other questions regarding shipping, please email email@example.com
Where can I find more information about where your tees are made?
We use Bella+Canvas tees for our basic, unisex fitted designed tees. They are a WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Certified company. You can find more information on their website: https://www.bellacanvas.com/wrap-certification

What's your return & exchange policy on IJ tees?
We so appreciate your business and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact email@example.com, and we will make it right!
Tees may be returned or exchanged if shipped or postmarked within 30 days of customer taking delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition. Returned items must be free of odors (e.g. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way.
If you are a customer and your order is eligible for return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a prepaid shipping label.
When your order has been returned to us, we will issue a full refund less the cost of return shipping charges. You will be notified of the complete return transaction and refund via email.
